How to delete your Jantaris account
Delete your account yourself in the mobile app or in the web dashboard. Here is what we delete and what we must keep.
In the Jantaris mobile app
- Open the app and log in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Choose “Delete account”, type the account email and confirm.
On jantaris.com
- Log in and open the dashboard.
- At the bottom of the Overview tab choose “Delete account”.
- Type the account email and confirm.
Without access to the account
Email promptowy@gmail.com from the address linked to the account. We delete it within 30 days.
What we delete
- email address, name, billing details saved in the profile, password and login sessions,
- API keys (they stop working immediately) and the webhook secret,
- prompts, uploaded files and generation results,
- referral program links.
What we keep and for how long
- Invoices and payment records (amounts, dates, buyer details) - 5 years from the end of the tax year, as required by tax law.
- Anonymised usage records (model, cost, date) without content - for statistics and accounting.
Balance
Any unused balance is forfeited with the account and cannot be recovered. Use it first or request a refund under the Terms.
Deletion cannot be undone. You can later create a new, empty account with the same email address. Privacy Policy
